Minimum 90% commission

---at which point Agents receive 100% commission on all sales for the remainder of the calendar year. It’s important that you get your cut as soon as possible. That means the same day the check comes in when possible, and normally by the next day, at the latest. That money is yours, and we won’t nickel and dime you to get a piece of it back by dinging you for ridiculous fees.

Instead of cutting into the commission to line our pockets, and expecting you to subsidize our other operating expenses, Better Properties simply relies on more sales from more agents.
