A Glance Back at 2019
The last few years have been great for real estate brokers in the Puget Sound area. The seller’s market in the Puget Sound continued through last year (and is expected to for 2020 as well).
We’re excited to announce that we sold more homes than the year before. This is a trend we intend to continue in 2020.
We have our team of brokers to thank for last year. Experienced, independent, growth-oriented agents have driven our ability to deliver to our clients consistently. New additions in 2019 grew our team to over 130 agents. We’re hanging our hat on them --- and, hopefully, some motivated newcomers --- as we seek to serve even more buyers and sellers this year.
You’re invited to join us on our mission to build on our success, and to share in it.
To keep our brokers happy, we leave them with large cuts of the commission (90-100%), and let them operate how they know they can perform best. The support you need to succeed is always available, but only when you need it. We’d rather not slow you down with unneeded supervision and required meetings. Your success is ours, after all.
Set your own schedule. Work your way. Get paid large commissions for all your work. We want brokers to feel justly rewarded. Get your fair share, and get it quick. We’ll make it a point to put that check in your hand as soon as possible --- usually by the next day.
Your offer:
---90-100% of the commission. After you’ve paid out $8,500 under the initial 90%
---arrangement, 100% of every commission is yours for the rest of the year
---At 100% commission, the agent will pay a $185 processing fee and a $25 franchise fee for each closing.
---Brokers can reduce rates to compete and match cut-rate commissions companies, such as Redfin, who offer lower percentages.
